Alityart – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Alityart (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website design and development services. By engaging with our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with these terms.

Services Provided

Alityart offers:

  1. Custom website design & development

  2. UI/UX design

  3. Website maintenance & updates

  4. SEO optimization (if applicable)

  5. Hosting & domain services (if applicable)

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  1. Provide necessary content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner.

  2. Ensure all provided materials are legally owned or licensed.

  3. Respond to feedback and approval requests promptly.

Payments & Fees

  1. non-refundable deposit (typically 30-50%) is required before work begins.

  2. Final payment is due before website launch or handover.

  3. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

  4. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension.

Project Timeline

  1. Estimated timelines are provided but may vary based on client responsiveness and project complexity.

  2. Delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback) may extend the deadline.

Revisions & Approval

  1. We include 2 rounds of revisions in the initial quote.

  2. Additional revisions will be billed at an hourly rate.

  3. Final approval must be given in writing before launch.

Intellectual Property

  1. Upon full payment, the client owns the final website design and content.

  2. Alityart Enterprises retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

  3. Third-party assets (e.g., stock images, fonts) may have separate licenses.

Cancellation & Refunds

  1. Deposits are non-refundable.

  2. If the client cancels mid-project, payments made cover work completed.

  3. No refunds after final delivery and approval.

Limitation of Liability

  1. We are not liable for any losses due to website downtime, data breaches, or third-party services.

  2. The client is responsible for complying with legal requirements (e.g., GDPR, accessibility laws).

Hosting & Maintenance (If Applicable)

  1. Hosting fees are billed annually/monthly.

  2. Failure to renew hosting may result in website suspension.

  3. Maintenance services are optional and billed separately.

Confidentiality

  1. Both parties agree to keep project details confidential unless required by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India/Karnataka, and disputes shall be resolved in Karnataka/Bengaluru.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
